I’ve spent over 15 years working in marketing – first in the B2C market and more recently in the B2B market.

Over this time I’ve seen a to of changes in how marketing messages are delivered – from the growth of digital to a welcome new focus on the customer experience and an increased awareness of the need for all marketers to establish emotional connections with customers in order to maximise the return on the marketing investment.

I currently live and work in Northern Ireland but am lucky enough with my current job to get the opportunity to travel across the world – all of which provides fuel for the blog posts that you’ll read here.
